There is no ‘Ozone Layer’. Ozone is created by solar radiation in the upper atmosphere and destroyed by the charged particles of the solar wind which are concentrated at the North and South magnetic poles which is where the least ozone concentrations are. Carbon dioxide is not driving climate change. The sun does that. When an increase in solor output heats the oceans, they are less able to absorb CO2. The real industrial and auto emission keeping the planet warm and livable is water vapor. The hype is all about getting research grant money – white collar greed.
