Yeah, I never had much luck counting sheep, either. Mine also ended up doing stupid things, and just got me frustrated. Nowadays I start imagining I’m bicycling somewhere on a long ride; my feet going ‘round and ’round at an even pace, the fresh air blowing in my face, muscles doing what they’re designed for; it’s so relaxing… Oh, I’m late for work!
