Since the GOP-dominated Congress and Supremes between them can stall any effort to appoint a moderate (Obama’s typical choice), let alone an actual liberal, until the cows come home or the Presidency goes to the GOP, I can see them trying to convince her to leave. This is a reference to her recent heart surgery, incidentally, for those who didn’t realize.
