There is a big difference between using executive power to implement laws passed by Congress (as many Presidents have) and using executive power to create law that Congress has refused to pass.

Having been in law enforcement (fed) enforcing criminal law, and for 30 years working with the Federal Register, court decisions, Congressional committees, and other issues of Constitutional laws and authorities, it’s particularly irritating for all these right wing insanity-based claims against Obama. Especially so as I had more than enough exposure to the actual violations if not severe abuse of, Reagan, and yes, those Bushes again. Actually, Nixon’s actual offenses were very minor by comparison to them!
If the House thinks (and I use that word generously) that President Obama’s executive action on immigration is unconstitutional, then the House should impeach Obama.
Whining about it merely shows what a do-nothing body the current Republican-led House remains.
