King Obama will make a Royal Decree that as many Illegal Democrat Aliens as possible become his party’s voters! Article I, Section 8 in creating the authority of the Congress, “To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization.” Thus from a Constitutional stand point it is the responsibility of Congress to establish all laws and rules of naturalization or immigration.
The Republicans have had six years to pass some kind of reasonable immigration bill but all they could do is stonewall and insist on building another Berlin wall on the border. It would seem they could solve the problem by just doing something reasonable rather than wanting to deport 12 million people, many of which have lived her for decades and have American born families. Instead John Boehner declares war.
So right before Congress is set to be controlled by Republicans and a bill can actually be submitted to the prez desk without Harry Reid blocking it, King Barry will bypass Congress. These 12 million illegals have been illegally living here for years. I think they can wait a few months. What’s the massive hurry now?
Reagan was the one who granted amnesty, and the “conservatives” have had decades to solve immigration reform problems, by mostly, restoring what we had, but they won’t go there.
Keeping parents with now “legal” kids does make sense, like deporting those with any criminal record, which IS proposed.
But the argument against immigration reform that cracked me up the most was ISIL members learning Spanish so they could come in with all them Mexicans and Hondurans, and send Ebola infected kids in. What wasn’t funny about it was, those morons were SERIOUS! Gotta’ love Rush and the dimbulb dittoheads.

That’s why the House rejected it.Now the House AND the Senate can pass a bill that the PEOPLE want and the prez will have to say yes or no.
mikefive said, about 13 hours ago@ConserveGovThere is no record of S.744 being rejected by the House. As a matter of fact, there is no record of any action on this bill taken by the House. (c/Library of Congress)—————————————————————————By not taking up the bill for a vote, the Republican led House was rejecting it. Look up House leaders comments on the bill at the time.

Here’s a crazy thought, why not make joining legally a much smaller obstacle? Or majorly crack down on those who HIRE the illegals?
