The flaws in Obamacare aren’t the result of a typo. As Mr. Gruber has admitted, the exchange language was intentional:-https://cei.org/blog/obamacare-architect-admitted-2012-states-without-exchanges-lose-subsidies-This is sadly consistent with the behavior of certain proponents of the Obamacare, who have proved themselves all too willing to lie about its actual contents:-http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/392489/course-jonathan-gruber-said-charles-c-w-cooke
“There are no typos. It was hand written by people who would kick Luckovich’s rear end around the block and back again.”You mean the people who ensured the right to dissent and protest? Not very likely.
The ACA was a mistake, you should have a decent nationalized single payer system, just like a civilized country, then you wouldn’t come near the bottom of international surveys of healthcare for everything but cost!!
If the Supreme’s do vote to scrap it because of the state exchange vs. federal exchange subsidy issues, its due to the sever-ability clause. The dems were in such a hurry to shove that piece of crap obamacare down our throats they overlooked putting it back into the final draft of the legislation. Without that clause draws finger across throat it’s most likely over for obamacare. Of course, thats a good thing! Hey, he said we could keep our insurance if we liked it (Nope, a lie, millions were cancelled), we could keep our doctor (Nope, a lie since the numbers of actual doctors on the exchanges are not sufficient and in some cases non-existant in certain areas) and we would all save $2500/yr (Nope, a lie…lots are paying an extra $2500/yr). There are many more lies, but my fingers are getting tired just thinking about typing them.
Thanks for your help making it a better bill. Oh, my bad. Most of the mess was Democrats accepting crap in hope a republican might vote for it. What a mistake.

“Obama scrapped it a long time ago.”#And Boehner, McConnell, Cruz, Ryan, etc. wiped their collective bottoms with it long before Obama came along.

I find this ‘toon ominous. The Republicans have been talking about re-writing the Constitution for some years now. I don’t trust ANYONE to do it.
