The strips from this period are the best-drawn of all. Charles Schulz was never better.

They say that no two snowflakes are alike, but how do they really know that?

Especially it’s Christmas week and we are heading towards the end of 1967 in Peanuts reruns.

Ah, they were so uninformed and naive in the 60’s. No appreciation for the cultural diversity of snowflakes. Someone call the ACLU.

If Lucy were walking by, she’d be muttering “Some beagles don’t have enough sense to come in out of the snow.” Then, hopefully, Snoopy would bite her, and he would need some penicillin, stat!

We only tell them that they are special so that they don’t kill themselves or burn down our cities.

I’d take this strip as a gift in one of those copies you can buy and frame.

@Number ThreeHope you had a wonderful first weekend as a twenty-year-old! You should really get out and celebrate - treat yourself to something fun! Wish I could be there; we could take a walk along the wharf. Of course, I’ve never been there so I don’t actually know that you even have a wharf! LOL All I know is I like the ocean and a walk with you there sounds like fun!

I have LOTS of cassettes, too! Most of them are boxed up in the basement. Since everything is digital now, I haven’t used cassettes in years. I still have my CDs out but they are quickly becoming unused as well. I don’t even use CDs in my car anymore. My music is on a USB flash drive.

Mozart’s Symphony No. 40 in G minor has always been a favorite of mine, too! A friend of mine said he learned to identify it in school by singing It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s a Mozart!" to the opening melody. :-)

Actually, yes I did copyright the term “free-er.” LOL The World Organization of Opulent Grammar (aka WOOG) said they don’t typically endorse words that have three "e"s in a row, but since I threw in the hyphen they made an exception. LOL!

It is always great to hear from you. Hope you have a wonderful week and a Very Merry Christmas!

    Lots of Love, Tim.xxx

I never eat any snowflakes… because I live in Hawaii, but once in a while, I eat December and January snowflakes somewhere else.

How do people know that all snowflakes are different? You can’t exactly put them under a microscope can you?
