Amen and Amen.-Why do the Republicans sit around and do nothing and say nothing of any plans to repeal this totalitarian Nazi-style government “health care” that will of necessity descend into rationing and eliminating the bureaucrat-selected types of Americans to deny treatments for better health….?? The skids are already greased for “assisted deaths.”-In the 2008 campaign Obama told a woman asking about her older mother getting healthcare and the cold-hearted candidate answered that “sometimes you should just go home and take aspirins.” Now America will no doubt see that rule begin to be used because there is no way our deep-in-debt government can pay for healthcare for 330 million and growing…especially with green cards ordered by the Obama administration for 34 million more illegals to be brought in.

It’s funny that the Hospitals are already seeing a major reduction in the number of Unpaid Emergency Room visits, because more people have Insurance.

You want lower cost, more efficient, everyone covered? Go for government sponsored, universal, single payer health care.

That scary guy at the door could also be Auto insurers or utilities companies. Everyone’s making more money except lower-class workers, unemplyed and under-employed.

Yeah, because insurance companies never raised rates before. Right. My insurance went up EVERY YEAR ever since I’ve had insurance. When I turned 50 they jacked my rates up 30% and that was before Obama was even elected.

I think the conservatives will be trying to repeal the ACA until the end of time. Better than actually trying to solve some real problems.

I know some actual people who have been effected by Obamacare. There’s my cousin. She had a rough time getting a job because she’s diabetic and potential employers didn’t want to deal with the insurance issues involved. She freelanced with no insurance for years. Now she has her own insurance and a new job. Then there’s my granddaughter, who can stay on her parent’s plan until she’s 26. Until Obamacare, she didn’t have insurance. Personally, Obamacare is closing the donut hole on my Medicare, which means it will pay for a lot of medication that would have been my problem before Obamacare. And, there’s my brother who was staying on a job he only needed for the insurance because his wife has chronic respiratory problems and if she had gotten really bad it would have wiped out their savings. Now he has Obamacare and he’s retired. Another person who has benefited is the lady who took the job he no longer needed. I don’t personally know of anyone who has had a problem with Obamacare, and those who are featured on TV so far have turned out to either being lying or too stupid to actually check out how it works. So, if you folks who are screaming about how bad Obamacare is have some actual cases of people who have been harmed and offset all of these benefits, put up or shut up.

My group policy did go up this year, by 3%, and copay on prescriptions went from $5 to $10 per script. That’s after the Bush years and pre-ACA raises of an average of 15% per year, for years, and increasing copays on other services, which didn’t go up this year.

Maybe controlling medical costs, especially for drugs, like bargaining instead of bailing on “big Pharma” to cut costs on overpriced drugs in Medicare- their prime target and piggybank?

The Republicans could have defunded Obamacare, but no one had the balls. Especially Boehner, what a disappointment.

Great Britain comes close although the doctors are private practitioners. One of the purest examples of socialized healthcare is provided by the U.S. DVA.

I work at a hospital. Not many Obamacare fans here. Just a lot of tired, overworked, underpaid people.

You have very simplistic answers for very complex problems. When was the last time you were laid off?
