Maybe Lindsay Graham can explain the concept and maybe identify some. And maybe identify a job creator while he’d identifying stuff.
We always seem to start out arming the “good guys” who then turn around and end up being the “bad guys”. Perhaps, @Clark Kent says, we should sit this one out.
