    I heard that actually happens to some people. Like a hibernation thing. (there’s probably more to it though, like different foods for the season)

    Not really; there’s a small gland in the brain that is light-reactive, producing hormones that cause metabolism changes based on how much light it gets. It causes mood swings, lethargy and triggers a craving for carbohydrates if it doesn’t get sufficient light.

    i have the same problem but i don’t always lose the weight in the spring
