Dat1 guy.. just going with the comics meme…It’s part of comics culture…Sitcom too.Certain premises are stereotyped just for a laugh… And since the stereotype is that women are weaker and mtn in control, it’s the man who has the power to ignore her. It’s also a bit like “why are those linen strips so clean and white, or how can mummies talk…?”… none of it makes sense except for the funny.
