I had seen this cartoon before elsewhere and was amused. But I was getting a little tired of all the Zuma jokes about his siring his 20th child from a mistress who was the daughter of one of his friends. I was a little surprised at how much attention Jacob Zuma’s poligamy got in the British press. There have surely been other heads of state who have popped round the Queen’ for tea and had more than one spouse at the time. No? Anyway, his own critcism of the British just before meeting the ol’ queenie didn’t help (even if it had a grain of truth). In a reply to M Henri a few weeks back regarding Zuma, I mentioned that a couple of minor good things of his presidency had been his criticism of Mugabe and allowing diplomats to get on with implemenring some sort of decent foreign policy. I take that back on both counts. All in all, a thoroughly silly character. I really don’t think much of this fool.
