Recently I keep coming across Captchas like these which will tell me to type the two words and then show me a picture of a number. One went even farther and showed me one number and gave me two boxes to fill it in. After experimenting I discovered I had to fill in the first few digits in one box and the rest in the other. I had to restrain myself from throwing my keyboard out of the window.
I refresh the captcha until I can fathom what it might say. Then I proceed to get it wrong 75% of the time anyway. I tend to avoid sites that make me fill in those annoyances.

I love the ones on the GoComics editor’s blog where it comes up with a white blank screen.
