Perhaps we should have a generalized racial slur that can be used against all groups. That would save time and the effort of remembering different offensive terms.
I suggest “human”. That covers pretty much everyone. You could just say – “Oh, look, there’s a Human moving in down the street, that’s sure going to bring property values down.” Or you could yell at them as they pass by, “Human! Human! there’s the dirty Human!!” And if you’re somewhat enlightened, you could say, “Well, some of my best friends are Human, but I wouldn’t want my sister to marry one.”
