    @ rikoshayrabbit I see some wisdom in your words but there are places in this world where are presents is still required. Just because you can do a thing don’t mean you have to. With so much forces put on rapid deployment why don’t we pull out of those places in Europe that are no longer hot spots of the Cold War and save all the operating costs of keeping those bases open?
