FishStix : Yes, farm- raised. Years (many) ago, we used to skin them, cut off the tail and head, and you could just pull the spinal cord completely out. Then cut them crosswise into steaks - great tasting fish. Of course, this was back in the day when there was no maximum size limit, just a minimum, and when there were far more of them then there are now. We always used to eat what we caught, back in the day…
