The Republican lawsuit is the least disruptive method of challenging executive overreaches by the Obama Administration which, if unchecked, will harm our Constitutional system. The House of Representatives should be applauded for their restraint for choosing to challenge the President’s unconstitutional behavior in a way that avoids power politics and allows each side to make their case.
