I don’t know if that sounds dirty, kinky, or both. Or if this is another one of those it’s-not-dirty-your-mind-is FAs.

Lose the shades, gnomic dude, before I let my doggy pee on you! (I know, yes, I could have phrased that much more coarsely.)

    nice one, Jukeofurl.

I don’t recall Mae West ever saying anything to Buster Keaton about happiness.

sorry to belabor a point but many thanks to ‘ransomknotts’ for the link to” burger chef memories” yesterday. I mentioned the burger chef I enjoyed stopping at on my way to my paper route back in ‘59 …and behold! there were 2 pictures of that very same burger chef , on west 16th st in Indy. It was situated less than 2 miles from the entrance to the Indianapolis 500 race track …

not that anybody cares, I just had to say that

nighthawks… i care. Many of those photos were taken around my old hometown of EVANSVILLE! My family, being racing fans took us to the brickyard a dozen times. And knowing my old man’s budget, I’m sure we dined at the very same BC.

    …enough about that

That gnome is probably a gnomo

Burger Chef and Jeff. Lunch destination for us when we were allowed to ride the bus downtown and shop. Can anyone imagine letting 2 12-14 year old girls do that today?

    referring to the blog…

Clams & Goats - is that pic from the famous Billy Goat Tavern located below Michigan Ave along the Chicago River? Does anyone know what I’m talking about, or have I been hallucinating again?

If so, that’s the goat that is responsible for the curse on the Chicago cubs.
