I’m surprised Fred likes it, looks more like the taste of the mrs…it doesn’t look like it will keep him comfy in cold or windy or rainy weather, as it’s thrown over him but doesn’t wrap him like a sweater. In fact, I’ll bet this is the only time we’ll ever see Fred wear it.. I’ve never heard of a canine boutique, but I guess there are stores like that.
