Looks like fun Ruthie and Joe are doing, yet little risky. When sister and I went with our mom shopping, never gave that a thought on shopping carts. I have a son who works at a grocery store either bring carts in from outside or checking, he never brought that up. Yet saw 2 adult one inside shopping cart the other guy pushing cart in the parking lot as racing.
