Given what they’ve been “given” by Israel and the international community supporting the decades of aggression on the part of extremists, not ALL folks, in Israel, it’s kind’a hard to totally blame ’em.
Ishmael and Isaac, a bad move on Abraham’s part though, he should have dumped on or sacrificed both of them, might have meant a few thousand years of more peaceful coexistence.

they had a choice stay in Israel and prosper of join Egypt , Jordan , Syria , etc. and lose [ their allies have done nothing for them]
