Watergate was a small group of idiots, and a crook. Reagan’s folks were a massive assault on the Constitution, which led the way to GHW and then “W”-actually Cheney, to make every effort for a “new American Century”, of dictatorship, oppression, and lies. Iraq, Afghanistan, “Citizens United”, and other incursions into our freedoms, supported by the “newspeak” of the follow-up crazies who took over the TEA party to fully go for “Koch rule of the world”. philosophy.
The “creature” wasn’t so much a monster, as a mentally challenged heavyweight with no sense of real morality, yep, that’s today’s GOP.
Problem also is, martens, is that the gays just don’t want to keep it to themselves. They want special privileges and treatment. They want to push their lifestyle in everyone’s faces. Flaunt it. I can’t wait till something happens that is too much for YOU to handle, then you’ll be able to look back and see where it all started to slide into a point of no return. Anything goes.
