At least the argument is simplified by the fact both sides are WRONG, and BOTH sides depend on propaganda to gain sympathy from their “supporters”.
You mean like when Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin was shot and killed by an Israeli citizen in order to stop the peace talks Rabin was participating in? Or perhaps you mean when the peace talks broke down because Netanyahu refused to halt the destruction of Palestinian settlements to make way for new Israeli settlements?
