You know what's insane? Let's say you buy a bunch of five yellowish-green bananas on Monday, and your plan is to eat one each day. By the time you get to Wednesday, the bananas are already turning yellowish-brown! So you're left with three mushy, bruised bananas that are too nasty to eat! Hence: the demon spawn called "banana bread." When he said "you know what's insane." I though he was going in another direction.

When you buy fresh produce, you should never buy the ones that look ready to eat. Buy the ones that are almost ripe, so they don’t rot before you finish them.

I like banana bread, but I also absolutely HATE bananas that aren’t greenish-yellow. If it’s brownish, then… Welcome to H3LL.
