Yum! Had one the other day; actually 2 days, it was bigger than I expected. Day 1 gently roasted rings in garlic and olive oil with a nice salad then 2 Day in a seafood risotto.
This reminds me of my boss’s last European vacation. His wife and daughter reveled in the local food, he and his son ate at McDonald’s the entire time.
