Except for the smelly tires, this would be fun. I still wish for a cure. Could a cure be found in the pollution created by burning tires? Only in a comic strip could it be.
No, I never worked in Colorado, I was visiting my sister and brother-in-law, and I saw a pretty girl in a skirt aboard the engine. I figured she was the wife or girlfriend of a crew member, but I asked, and she turned out to be a paying passenger. So, we came back the next day, and I bought another ticket with the express understanding that it would b e a cab ride. They were very accommodating. My jobs were all in Ohio; I was a printer. But I’ve always been quite interested in the railroads.

Even the dog is excited. Take him on the steam engine, too.

10 or 15 years ago, I had the privilege of riding in the cab with the engineer and fireman on the Georgetown Loop. it was quite a thrill!

We can all breathe easier: No environment (nor tire) was harmed in the drawing of this comic strip.
