NASA has made things of significant value, like water filters and long distance telecommunications. Makes me wonder if the final frontier is finally gone.

Jules Verne is talking about the center of the earth and I believe that is still available.

No matter which decision Obama Summers would have blasted him.

Bush cut NASA’s budget eight years running.

If we don’t go back to the moon it shall surely disappear. [swoon] Whatever shall we do?

Shouldn’t we colonize the Moon and such, in preparation for the upcoming apocalypse on Earth?

It should be noted that the shuttle program ends this year, and the under-funding over the last 9 years means the replacement is not ready to supply the ISS? Manned flight was most put off track by the very guy who said “fly me to the moon and Mars”. The guys who “defended us” from Russia have obliged us to call on them for help on space programs. The guys who “defended us” from China have obligated us to call on them for financial support.

All in all, after the environmental and financial disasters of the Reagan, Bush 41 and 43 years trashing things, I’d say it’s time for the Republican naysayers to “can” it.
