I love those conspiracy theories. Let’s see there are probably a couple of hundred million cell phones and the NSA has someone sitting there reading through all those interesting emails, contact lists, photos, videos, and reviewing all of the apps on the phone. You really have to be paranoid in a major way to even think that might be possible. I think the ruling was a good one. A lot of police departments have the equipment to ransack any phone they can get their hands on. I would much rather they be able to stop and frisk than suck all the data off my phone.
