Yes and no, Bruce. I don’t have any experience in electrical work, but I know the difference between duct tape and electricians tape. In part, my inspiration (such as it was) was that I’ve generally heard the black plastic stuff referred to as “electrical tape” rather than “electricians tape”. Just ragging, that’s all. :-)
