I actually worked with a guy similar to him…I think his truck would explode if it ever got over 35 mph….on the entrance road to work, he was ahead of me….putting along….I sucked him up my tailpipe—-by the time he got in the parking area, I was out of my car and going I the building…..he did get a ticket for driving too slow from what I heard….and I believe it
