They sure do need stunt doubles… Personally, I just want winter over with… and their predictions always suck…

So if he sees his shadow we have groundhog stew?

here in Canada we don’t go the groundhog or woodchuck route… we go with the good ol Cdn beaver… and the little bugger always sleeps through the day and misses the event… so, like lewreader suggests… we have beaver stew… and beaver never disappoints… at least not in that way…

I actually have a ground hog that lives in my yard. I even put a shelter over the hole because of last year’s heavy rains. He/she has been there three years now. I enjoy watching it through my binoculars. I also have deer that come up when I feed my horse.

I’m a little confused here. I watched the movie and I seen them rap on the door and take the groundhog out of a double-door cabinet so why is it shown here living in the … ground?

Good ole Phil saw his shadow today. Sigh….

Hurry up, winter! I want my favorite summer season. Spring season will be nice to come pretty sooner. Sighhhhhh! I hate the cold winter.

Up, up and awaaaaaaaaaaaay…………………………………….I think that means dinner for the bird. He doesn’t care about winter now!

Willie and the other ground hogs are getting smarter - after all if they predict 6 more weeks and it turns out nice they are applauded - but if they predict early spring and it is nasty wintry stuff then there is a hunt for ground hogs lol
