Caulfield: Oh. Frazz: I believe we played that one to a draw. Caulfield: Except you're finishing in the middle of the pack and all I'm ruining is 3-bean casserole.

Triathlon training is the raison d’etre for the Frazz strip. Take it out and you have… well, less.
I waited and did my long run after the sprint triathlon. ;-)
