Where I’m from a scone is what we call a hunk of deep-fried bread dough, served piping hot, usually with honey. Something like Navajo fry bread.

I’m getting whiplash from these intrusive ads on the left side of the page! They move the comic sideways as I’m trying to read it, and interfere when I click onto the next one. HELP!!

“…moving kinda slowLY today”…it’s an adverb! Yes, I am a grammarian nuisance! Sticks and stones may break my bones, but insults will not persuade me to speak English improperly!
