It means that rather than out doing great things they set around with their bongo drums and accomplish nothing. That’s how I see it anyway.
Yeah, it’s not like people who drink alcohol aren’t all creative, industrious people.
Certain types of pot smokers get loaded and get in a drum circle. This is done in parks and Venice beach. They are “Rasta” types, not representative of all pot smokers.
I’ve found that “Tokers” are a lot less obnoxious and confrontational than “Booze-heads”!
