Obama is not incompetent. If you look at what he has accomplished, you see that it is exactly what he wanted to achieve. He took over GM and then gave it to the unions. Then he went on to corrupt the BLM, and the IRS and the rest of the government. They are both tools for the administration to go after it’s political adversaries. Then he established a faciest government. ( a government which allows private property but controls it’s use by over-regulating it .). Yes, he and his friends are very competent.
You’re so gung-ho about the super rich paying their fair share of taxes, (even tho if you stripped them of every dime they had it wouldn’t come close to paying down the debt), what say you about the tax dodge of John Kerry planting his yacht in another state to avoid paying taxes on it in HIS own state?
Regardless of political stripe, this program went beyond the pale. Those bonuses should be rescinded and paid back, or at least the tax delinquecies should be deducted, with interest, from any bonus given. It’s hard to imagine under what circumstances those employees should qualify for a bonus anyway.
Over 90% of the federal tax codes, are exemptions written in for the “connected” corporations and individuals!! The so-called “fair tax” IS the most punishing for middle and lower income folks, period.

4my10851cs: I’m not Truist, but I am tired of still suffering from all the damage done during the Cheney-Bush years, which most of us will still be suffering for years to come.(Although a very few will continue to reap great profits) You cannot change facts, just because they are out of office. There is much about President Obama’s priorities and actions which I do not like, but he did inherit an absolute wreck of our economy and international credibility.
Guess ol’ Clark Kent had no ability to refute my question on the super rich, and how John Kerry parked his yacht in another state to avoid taxes on it in his state. Or any other Lib on this string for that matter.
