I wish, since I am a ‘Plugger’(and very proud of it), that I could do that. I am back to not being able to sleep in the daytime. My dear, lovely, sweet wife, however, it seems that the daytime is the only time she can sleep.
I started taking a siesta when I lived in Spain in the early ‘70s. Up until then I had a bad attitude toward sleeping in the day time. It’s been working for me for 40 years now and I intend to keep doing it.
