Cobra Carson: You brought the travel Yahtzee, right? Rip Haywire: Can you think of anything else we could be doing to kill the time? This is pretty dangerous measure you want to stick it out? Cobra Carson: I'd like to know how you got into this scrape in the first place. Rip Haywire: Have you got twenty years? Cobra Carson: Give me the cliffs notes. Rip Haywire: Longbeard tried to kill me and my mother when I was young, to get the first ghost compass- I had other plans.

As much as I do like Breezy I know that Rip & Cobra or should I say matches & gas …… well wait a minute … we know that those two are meant for each other; enough said.
take notice of that fine looking and loyal dog just laying there being too cool.

There was a Bullwinkle episode where Bullwinkle just won the game, the cheerleaders come up to congratulate him, and a reporter asks what he’s going to do now. Bullwinkle draws a blank as the girls wrap their arms around him, then turns to us and says, “Boy this really is a children’s show, isn’t it.” …Something to dwell on, eh, Rip?

Don’t get me wrong. Somebody yesterday didn’t understand when I told Cobra not to fret too much about Breezy. She still had the Sunday strips.
So I was pointing out the obvious lack of Breezy in this strip.
