Happy, sad, happy, sad, happy, sad, happy… ;)

That’s me.

Gratitude is the road to happiness.

So basically Val and Joan got up to a point and given up… (*Shrug) OK.

Well Val, if u life is feeling empty in spite of being happy… maybe u need to Phil it up!

Tell you who’s happy—it’s Evie, over in Africa helping others.

Contentment is the warm, glowing embers in a fireplace. Happiness is like a blazing fire. You can’t keep the fire blazing all the time, but the glow will linger.

Yup. Contentment is the way to go…

Let’s try “thankful.”
