I think Quinn hasn’t gone far enough with the minimum wage. After all, a sizable population in Illinois is unemployed. To address this problem, he should raise unemployment insurance benefits to be the equivalent of the minimum wage. Otherwise, how will the jobless be able to raise a family on meager unemployment payments?!?
