Stop with the “red line” bull, and stay out of other people’s business. If we can’t whip goatherds in a rock pile, just what do the chickenhawks think we can do? Oh, right, use those tanks the Army doesn’t want?
Send Lisa and the chickenhawks in to end the problems, let her take out Iran while she’s at it.
Appears this morning Putin is backing off taking over or annexing Crimea. The threat of western economic sanctions and the effects on the Russian stock market and the Russian economy is taking its toll. Putin, former head of the KGB, is learning he can’t operate with 1950’s and 60’s military solutions. Once again, as in the chemical weapons in Syria, non-military solutions are working and Putin has backed down or forced to co-operate. The Obama approach is working and Luddites like senators McCain and Lindsay Graham are looking like idiots.
“If the detractors say something specific, they will have to stick with that one position.”But they have said very specific things, then gyrate like a caught fish to distance themselves from themselves.
Funny how it goes. . .If he’s a Democrat, he is in reality a traitor wearing a hero’s disguise. Meanwhile, the Republican is rock solid patriot to the bone.
For those who think military intervention is the answer, please review TM’s reply to DaSharkie.
We had no choice but to use the threat of economic sanctions, and I agree with the libs that it seems to be working. The alternative would be going to war with Russia, which would be foolish. In this case, economic sanctions would work. With other countries, not so much. I find it outrageous though, that Putin thinks he can invade another sovereign country just to “protect Russians in Ukraine”. That would be like America invading Mexico to protect Americans living in Mexico.

Sorry, I’m missing the criticisms for ‘being too forceful’ or for ‘doing too much’. Can you give me some examples? Thanks.

Kerry is going to offer Russia one of America’s most valuable exports: red tape!
