The trick is to close their eyes first..I’m just thrilled Mr. Boreman got it right. I shudder every time I hear “snakes have no eyelids”.

On a similar note: has anyone noticed the upsurge in commercials based on a cartoon version of the product eating or being eaten by someone or something else, sometimes even their own kind? The M&M commercials and the cereal commercial come to mind but are not the only ones. Does the current crop of advertisers and marketing people not realize that Tony the Tiger never got eaten? BIG DIFFERENCE!

Awhile back the hawk/eagle whatever it was flew down and snatched a bunny!! I know, I know, the circle of life and all that, I know this goes on every minute of everyday I just don’t like to see it! LDL is sometimes sad enough. When I think of all the homeless animals it just makes me want to sob. But love this comic Steve!! :-)
