Oh no! My youngest flushed an apple once. He was constantly taking one bite from apples and throwing them in the trash, and I had told him to stop. I guess he figured flushing was a solution. Well, it floated, so it wouldn’t go down. And it was caught in the curvy part of the commode and it wouldn’t come up. The plumber had to take the whole thing outside and break up the apple to get it out. What a mess!

A little surprised that a public school restroom would not have a drain in the floor…
