In Franks day, the bones did not creak, the back did not ache and the hearing worked better. So for him “my day” was better. But for the rest of the world – it is about the same.
To Frank, and those like him, NOT saying that everything in days of Yore is just completely superior is about as civil as it gets. Especially when they say how civil everyone from his day was back then.
