The sentence definitely implies that you are the esteemed Canadian (though of course that is only his guess based on your username, but your comment does seem to validate his guess)

I don’t know a single person benefitting from Obama(non)Care, but I know a ton of people who’ve already seen their health insurance cost skyrocket.
