The move to NoCal isn’t going to happen this year. Just too much stuff on my plate.
And, no matter where i look i can’t see any way to acquire a house cheep enough to make it happen. Every option that i have explored so far has had a projected cost that leaves me without enough money to buy the land after i buy the house.
It’s looking more and more like i’m going to end up in a piece-of-crap mobile home, or a dilapidated money-pit.
