(Although this video may appear sad or macabre, it actually isn’t. It is more comforting, hopeful and joyful…indeed, it is about dancing in the graveyard with your loved ones, of being close to their spirits.I hope Linda is dancing…)

Morning

Linda loved to post funny animal pictures to brighten everyone’s day. She’d find special pictures for people that she knew were partial to particular animals. For me, it was Pugs. For Happy, bunnies. And, even when she was feeling her worst, she wanted those pictures posted, right up until it was her time to leave this world. I suspect that she would want everyone to continue to enjoy the pictures and continue to love and care for animals that need us. And, what better tribute to the great, loving, caring and fun-loving lady that we knew, who faced so much adversity with strength, resolve, good humor, love and caring more for others than herself, and an incredible feistiness that I could only hope to emulate.

I cried all day yesterday, especially every time I thought of her good-bye picture. Now, I want the joy she brought to us to continue. I think, as a tribute to Linda and to Ruth, the pictures should continue on the forums. I believe, truly, that she would be laughing and applauding each and every one (even if some are re-runs)!

(OK…Obviously, I am not a “pro” at finding pictures of cats that you all may not have seen, but it’s a start! In honor of the great spirit that is Linda Dean, there are some pix that I found very comical.) And, here is one of my all-time favorites:

Very nice Stel – Linda would expect no demand that the pictures continue. They honor her. Perfect picture Happy. Your changed name says a whole lot. Can’t forget the comic. One that brought everyone together. This one made me smile.

I didn’t cross out that ‘no demand’ – I’ll figure this stuff out eventually – or not.

I’ve bin square most of my life…

After 39 days (i think…) I’m getting a day off.no work tomorrow. (Except house work.)

My phone quit yesterday.So i guess drying it out didn’t work. No new contract and phone from my carrier, and seven months left on my present contract. They were going to be happy to sell me a new phone on a 12 or 24 month installment plan.I bought an unlocked refurbished iPhone 5c. In seven months i can take it with me if i decide to drop my present carrier. ($466.00)
