If you acquire a Dachshund pup, do you get a long little doggie?

That’s “doe-gee” not “dog-gee”! Unless Roscoe starts mooing of course.

That is exactly what happened to our dog who “disappeared” for a couple hours…

Everyone in a cowboy hat looks ridiculous – Earl is no exception.

    Uh … Earl … that’s a doggie, not a ‘dogie’ … Oooohhhh … that technical jargon.

This actually happened to one of my dogs. I couldn’t find him. My other dog kept going to the recliner. When I raised the footrest, out he came.

learn something all the time. I have always thought it was “doGGies” until yesterday’s crossword puzzle in the paper used “dogies” as an answer and now Earl confirms that is the proper spelling. Lightenup says, above, that it is a soft G sound too.

“Try saying that in Texas or in Nashville, Tennessee. You’ll be running for your life.”.You know perfectly well they would let our favorite milania live. It’s the cowboy way to be the better man, not that such is all that hard given the competition...Actually, a Stetson or whatever is not a cowboy hat, whatever hat a cowboy chooses to wear is a cowboy hat. The hat doesn’t make the cowboy as Earl so well proves. The cowboy makes the hat. Well, he probably doesn’t actually make the hat, himself.

“Does anyone else see a problem here?”.Not unless they try to brand the doggie or snuggle the dogie.

I live in a small Texas town that has an annual celebration called “Dogie Days”. Half the people call it “Doggie Days” and haven’t a clue what a dogie is.
