Hello GP,There were shoe shine stands in at least two of the four airports through which I walked on my way to and from CA. The prices listed were between six and eight dollars with boots costing a bit more.None were being used at the moment I passed, but looked clean and ready for use.Respectfully,C.
The ’toon shows one extreme, which is silly. Also silly is the other extreme, with lords/robber barons and serfs, and no one in between. They were called the Dark Ages for a reason.
As is often the case, moderation is the best policy; extremes almost always cause unnecessary grief.
