I love the late talk shows, but sometimes it can be as bad as that.
A good rule of thumb: the more the laugh track is played, the less funny the show is. (And flashing a “LAUGH” sign for the studio audience is the same as a fake laugh track. When something is funny, you don’t have to tell people to laugh!)
