This whole event was absolute nonsense…when did every eruption of self indulgent ignorance become ‘news?’ When did every halfwit become able to represent him or herself as god’s personal representative on earth and then get national/international coverage?I mean, who cares what Robertson thinks? Had any of his viewers previously mistaken him for an intellect? If so, sorry that you were disappointed but it is also time to grow up.if you watch stupidity, stupidity should be expected.And if you don’t like it, just turn off the TV rather than making another fool into a fund raising false martyr. This was just one more person with too much money and far too little basic decency doing voice overs for hate and ignorance while representing a tragic and shallow view of his ‘god.’If A & E really is/was so indignant, perhaps they should take a noticeable portion of their profits from this absurd program and make ongoing donations to gay rights organizations to include those targeting the struggling lives of gay teens.And the Right’s rush to defend such ignorant, wrong headed and anti-faith statements only demonstrates, again, how morally corrupted they’ve become and the shallowness of their agenda. It continues to make clear how little the Right has to offer.Imagine, Roberson, as the new ‘hero’ of the theological, pandering and political Right! Sounds like desperation to me combined with a clear lack of a real grown up among the ‘leadership’ of the Right to present to America.

I finally got one of those machines that can record VHS to DVDs and I’m going through my old tapes.A&E, Discovery and History Channel all had interesting, if not intellectual, programming. Now I wouldn’t waste the electricity to watch any of them
